Complaint closed ! And completely ignored it with a fobbed off generic response

I have had tonight to make a second complaint after just now receiving a generic pointless ignored response to my complaint! I have asked for my complaint to be dealt with a second time now by opening a new one! as you have not even bothered to read the what’s app transcripts of the appalling customer service I received from 2 of your reps ,the second was incompetent and incapable of there job, the first just vanished and ignored me and did not follow thru with what they offered and promised,hence I had to reconnect a second time to this other person who was beyond frustrating and useless,you have to read the conversations to see for your self, My account is due to close down on the 23rd September and I was attempting to keep it open and stay with virgin, although I honestly ask myself why should I after this experience.. as if that was all not bad enough you have just tried to fob me off with a pointless email that did NOT resolve my complaint yet you closed it! Talk about pouring petrol on a fire.
Things just go from bad to worse…

Does nobody care about customer service on your company?

I await a response ASAP and somebody to actually be professional and capable of some positive helpful customer service. I’d like all this escalated as I m just being ignored when I make a complaint ,deliberate no doubt !

Im now pro actively looking at other broadband providers as an alternative in the meantime as I have zero faith in virgin to act on my complaint and sort anything out . Hugely let down by you virgin .

On this simple, online form, please let the telecoms regulator OfCom know about your experience!

Ofcom have been investigating various complaints since 2023, but many customers have not reported because they did not know or thought it would take lots of time.

I have responded to this last week but no response ?? Could I get some support please this is just a never ending headache.
