Charge for missing equipment

Hi, I have cancelled our services and have been asked to return our equipment which is fair however along with the hub and our tv box, we are being asked to return an additional TiVo box from 10 years ago and no longer have. Does anyone know what the charge for this will be? 
Also if anyone can explain with a proper reason why we have been billed for a full month after our contract was terminated it would be appreciated!

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry for any confusion regarding your bill and equipment but hopefully we can assist here a Tivo box is not need to be returned but we do require 360 boxes and V6 boxes back. 

In regards to your bill, we do continue to bill as normal until your disconnection date, after the disconnection you will be given a final bill that will include any credit back for services paid for but not used.
