Changing account email address

Hi there,

I am trying to change the email address link to our Virgin account. However, when I try to confirm the new email address by clicking the link in the email sent by Virgin, it takes me to a sign-in page... which tells me I cannot continue until I have confirmed the email address.

The exact message is: "You haven't confirmed this email address yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Verify you My Virgin Media email' and click the link in the email."

But I did click the link in the email, and it sent me to this page!

Please help resolve this issue. I've been trying to sort this for a few weeks now, and I am very frustrated.

After you've clicked this email can try and sign in to see it will let you?

Sometimes this error comes up but when you try and sign in normally its lets you.
