After my husband passed away, I closed his account and opened up a new account and package in my name. Since then I have been unable to access Sky Sports or streaming services on my iPad or phone and instead get a message saying the service is only available through the primary account holder. Obviously I am the primary account holder and receive the bills etc as such but it is extremely frustrating that Sky Sports and other services through the VirginGo app are not available to me.

Thank you to John_GS for all your help and patience after long frustrating attempts to try to access programmes on my iPad and phone. My late husband’s account was still on record as the primary user but after carrying out a number of detailed checks with John at Virgin, the problem has been finally resolved.Thank you again.
