Need to change visit date as now have hospital appointment your text message link doesn’t work and account sends you round in a circle. Not happy and the service hasn’t even started yet.

Sorry to see that you've been having issues changing this appointment. From what it sounds like this is your installation as you've stated the service hasn't started? If so, this can only be rescheduled on our end.
