I have had virgin media broadband for the last 6 months, and I never received a confirmations email and can’t find any emails from the company at all however I use the service and am charged every month. I am trying to create an account to view my bills and to do this I need a welcome email or a bill with my account number on, and I have neither. Can I have some help with this please

Sorry to hear you've not had any email correspondences from us since during signing up with us.
I can see you mention that you haven't received a bill or welcome email. Your account number and information is also available on your contract, did you receive any contract or precontract information at all?
Double check your email's junk and spam that you used to sign up with.

Hi Carley, I’ve triple checked all my email accounts and folders just in case and there is no correspondence from Virgin whatsoever. I have no physical bills either but I did receive my hub to the address I currently live in so any address on my account would be the correct address. I remember getting some update on the delivery of the hub by text message and that is all. Could you please help me set up an account so I can rectify this? Thanks

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
