Hi,
I cannot open or view thie last bill online(Jan), also I have not received the bill for Feb & you havenmalready taken the money.
By rights, dont you have to inform the customer prior to withdrawing the direct debit ?
Please can you send me the Feb bill & allow me to see the detail for this increase
I have always been able to view these bills & download them, so what has changed ??

Thank you for your first post and welcome to our forums 🙌
I am sorry to hear you are having issues with viewing your bill. When you log into your My VM account and go to billing, it should have your latest bill and a button that advises you to download the PDF. What do you see when you do this? If you have a screenshot (not including personal info) that would be great so we can see what you are seeing.

Hi Zoie, I have no screen shot to share as when I click onto the 'billing & payments' it goes to to 'view youir bill' & then I click onto that & it takes me to 'Broadband or Mobile, I then click onto Broadband which takes me straight back to Virgin media help & support page ??
