Cancelled-But still getting a bill

HI hope you all having a good day.....Can anybody please kindly explain why is it when i gave my 30day notice in on 9th Jan and was told i will get disconnected on the 9th Feb which i got a text saying so, i got a bill of £51 as (before £24 in promotion) bill date 29th Jan they normally take monies out on the 14/15th every month so after my disconnection.

The billing sounds like your billing creation date falls in between the disconnection date.

Can you please look into my issue if possible, i suppose to be disconnected on the 9th (Today) but im still connected and have access although i put in a cancellation request 30 day ago....is there anything you can help with please.Thanks

Hey ZReh121, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this, I can see you are in PM with my colleague about this already he will get back to you when he can.

If you are due to be disconnected today this will go off a little while so please don't worry it is only early.

Please also remember we do continue to bill right up until the day of the disconnection.
