Cancel my package but keep broadband
Help - my contract has come to an end and I’m trying to cancel the tv and landline but keep my broadband but I’ve tried talking to the retention team without any success plus I’ve tried the online chat but got disconnected!! I’m getting really frustrated as I can’t get through to the correct people and keep getting fobbed off to review my current package!! Any advice on who can help would be really appreciated.
I’ve finally got it sorted and have now managed to cancel the tv and landline but keep my broadband.
