Cancel my package but keep broadband

Help - my contract has come to an end and I’m trying to cancel the tv and landline but keep my broadband but I’ve tried talking to the retention team without any success plus I’ve tried the online ch...

    I’ve finally got it sorted and have now managed to cancel the tv and landline but keep my broadband.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package review, what happened, when you spoke to our retentions team? They would be the best team to speak to as they would be able to provide you with the best available offers.
