Cancellation list of equipment to return is wrong!

Hi,

Yep, just received an email for equipment returns and on there are two TV receivers - I haven't had TV with VM for probably 10 years or so! The TV stuff was retuned ages ago. Please can someone also update my collections form with only the Super Hub, as that is all I use and have.
