Can't register account - what is the area referance for Rotherham S63.

Just had my external work done and received the following txt

"Great news! We've finished the external work, so you're all set for your istallation on xx xx xx at xxxxxxxxxxx. Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is home.

If you haven't got a virgin media account yet, set one up here : virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media"

This link requires the Area Referance and Account number.

Unfortunalty I have't got either as the door to door sales guy got my email address wrong and I didn't receive any of the intial emails.  I've called support and had my email corrected but they havent been able to resend the emails.  They also refuse to give me my account number over the phone.  So I'm not sure what to do to register for the account.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with setting up your My Virgin Media online account. Admittedly, there's not information or things to do on the account until the service has been activated, so not having access at this time isn't a major concern.
