I pay for a virgin media account for my mum (85 and three hundred miles away)
I need to set up an online account because the email account that was originally used is no longer active - but I need the area ref to set it up.
Any paperwork goes to my mum's address, and she's not kept anything that has the area ref on it... the ref may be on the bill that is emaied to me, but I no longer have access to that account... is there (he says optimistically) an easy way of getting the number? I have all of the other details. And no, the online agent is not an easy way... I'm half an hour into my second day of trying to contact someone
