Hi I've got Virgin Stream and have the Netflix add-on and have been trying to cancel it for a few months have tried via box and on my virgin media, my package and clicked cancel under Netflix and it shows the countdown of days remaining everytime and then starts a new month again, and then I'm being charged for a new month and having to repeat the cancellation process again. I've tried to do it on netflix website but that just says billed by virgin media in my account so cannot do anything from there. Any ideas on help how I can cancel it and it actually cancel Netflix? Or what is causing this glitch to keep it active when cancellation has been requested?
