Hi there,
Would it be possible to contact the web developer of your website to have them fix your reset password web form.
If you could inform them that the validation on their form is broken. It doesn't seem to allow dashes in domain names. Mine has a dash in it. It will not let me press continue.
Thanks.

Hi asim18,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are facing issues while trying to reset your password, when resetting the password you need to log in using the details you use to log in.
Regards
Paul.

Hi Paul_DN, thanks for the quick response.
Unfortunately you're asking me to do the impossible.
You say "when resetting the password you need to log in using the details you use to log in"
How can I log in when I've forgotton my password? If I could "log in using the details you use to log in" I wouldnt need to reset my password would I?
When I enter my email address it wont let me press continue because my email address I use to log in contains dashes.
When i press forgot my email it says i dont have an account. Then when i try to make a new account it says "Account already setup Look's like there's already an account setup."
Thanks.
EDIT: Dont worry about it, they've manually reset the password over the phone. Thanks anyway!

Thanks for following up John_GS.
Yes it's sorted for me. But your reset password form remains broken.
