LATEST FARCE TO ADD £9.60 TO MY BILL FOR A CALL MADE TO THE 0345 NUMBER AT THE REQUEST OF VM TO INSTALL 360BOX  FREE OF ALL CHARGES..

Mod team Please look at this and see how many errors have been made by vm with six months of the contr act gone

We're sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your services. In terms of the charges for calling us, if you've called on 0345 then you would be charged for calling depending on your telephone package. If you need to contact the team then you can do this by calling 150 instead. This is the exact same as calling 0345 only it would be free from your Virgin Media landline. 

On this occasion, we can get a credit added for the call charges related to calling Virgin Media but before I can do that, I will need to confirm some details with you. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

I thought we had settled the extra £9.60 .Your billing dept has added on to the next bill.Bill should be £37.00 for December.They took £46.60 on 27.12.23. by direct debit. Please sort it out.
