Hi,
I was sent the following email below after making a complaint regarding my contract renewal dispute that will cost more for less. I would like to add that in this email Virgin Media tried to contact me are lies I have had no contact by phone, mobile or text message. Which now states I must share to a messaging platform which does not even have a weblink to. I'm not even sure this is the right place. When you mention messaging platform I don't know what it is where it is. It's ridiculous. There is no area or feature even as I type this message to attach or forward the evidence to progress my complaint.

Thank you for contacting Virgin Media.
We attempted to reach you but were unable to connect. Upon reviewing your complaint, we found that you took a deal on 1st December 2024 at £138.99. Unfortunately, there is no record of a deal taken on 29th November. If you have any supporting documents, please share them on our messaging platform."
