Hi I’m a new customer and I didn’t get the speaker or £200 bill credit when I signed up but its advertised on the website. I only started with you on Tuesday and the engineer is here now connecting it up

We would have to advise that any gifts or credit offering would need to be agreed during the sales process and cannot be offered after the services have been installed.

Does your contract or even pre-contract agreement itemise any additional incentive to join our services?
