Current tv package big combo bundle £39 99

I did pick my current tv package which was bigger combo bundle £39 99 but now checking my tv package it's saying mega tv but when the agent rang me to sort the package out I asked him.on the phone I wanted the bigger combo bundle £39 99 a month but looking at My tv package on the app it's now mega tv but I did ask virgin media on messenger is this the correct one she told me sorry about the confusion with different name being mega tv it's changed to a different kind of name because we don't do that kind of package she kind of explained its the right one but its kind of different and you get lots more channels its related to it being mega tv instead of big combo bundle it's kind of strange I went online instead of choosing that package I entered it online with postcode and virgin media agent rang me back and he did it for me I told him over phone I want the tv package £39 99 a month bigger combo bundle he said that fine but it's that mega tv I'm seeing that's confusing I'm.sure I am on the correct package many thanks Jonathan

kind of makes sense it's like having a package like big kahuna which it was before

That's right Jonathanphillip  as this old <press release>shows

    "Existing customers

For most existing customers their bundles will stay the same but their TV tier will change name. For example a Big Easy customer would have a Big Easy Bundle with Player TV & Super Fibre 50 + Talk Weekends. A Big Kahuna customer would have the Big Kahuna Bundle with Full House TV, VIVID 200 & Talk Weekends.

The exceptions to this are TV M+ and TV More which will no longer be sold."

All the "Big Bundles" & "Combo bundles" are the marketing names for a package of services - broadband, TV & telephony.

Broadband is rated by the speed, TV is one of Mixit or Mega-tiers - Mixit is the base tier that is broadly Freeview-equivalent, Mega is the top-tier.
