Broadband disconnected

I gave notice to terminate my VM service to disconnect on 26th May (as I'm moving to another provider). But VM have disconnected it early. The Customer Service chat have said it will take 48-72 hours to reconnect.

Is there anyone I can contact to expedite this as my kids are preparing for exams?

I am so sorry to hear your services were disconnected early. I can appreciate this isn't ideal.

A reconnection request can take up to 72 hours and sadly there is no way for us to expediate this. 

If you have any issues after this timescale, please do let us know.

Thanks Ayisha. I suppose it reminds me why I'm leaving VM 😢

And, no doubt, it will factor into any decision in the future as to whether to contract with VM or not, or advise others into whether to deal with VM or not!
