I do not think VM staff members on the board can answer bill queries, you will have to phone up.

We can't help unless you divulge a little more info, what were the charges for? 

1. What are the extra charges?

2. How much are they for?

3. What does the bill say they are for?

4. Why are they under dispute?

5. Please don't post the same query a fifth time.
