Can you give some details of the query?
I do not think VM staff members on the board can answer bill queries, you will have to phone up.

That's probably because you have yet to fully set out what the query is in sufficient detail despite many requests to do so.
If you prefer not to do so on here (not everyone does) then I'd call it in on 0345 454 1111.
