I’ve been trying to deal with the Whastapp Chat for several months for appear to be not applying to credit every month. I’ve started a new chat with them today and they’ve sent me a weblink form to complete for security.
It seems really suspicious but it from the Virgin whatsapp business account. Link below, which doesn’t actually work.
nonetheless I need my bill fixing

Sincere apologies for any issues faced, can I ask however have you got this resolved?
Regarding the credit, is this in terms of your monthly rate being incorrect?

I had to ring in and wait for a while but got through to someone who told me applied the credit now.
