Bill is wrong

How do I speak to someone at Virgin about my bill? When I ring up I get transferred to an automatic text which is just about changing my direct debit. My bill is due on 4 August but is wrong because I have just changed my contract with Virgin so it should be lower. I don't want the hassle of trying to get the money back if the current amount is taken.
