Bill is wrong

Hi, I was offered a management discount which would be applied to my account each month as I had been given miss information regarding pricing.  I was told that my contract would be one figure and the discount would be applied by the manager.  Needless to say this was not applied to the first 2 bills.  I tried the online chat to get this resolved and was told I would need to request the telephone conversations to clarify this.  I asked how I would do this, after asking why did I have to do this, to be told I would be sent an email with a contact.  The email has never arrived.  Can someone please help me with this?  Thanks.

      Hi Zack, got notification of my next bill and I’m afraid it wrong. Back to the full cost and listing an ‘underpayment’ from last month.  Can you please have it amended as we agreed. Thanks, Colin
