Bill is wrong
Hi, I was offered a management discount which would be applied to my account each month as I had been given miss information regarding pricing. I was told that my contract would be one figure and the discount would be applied by the manager. Needless to say this was not applied to the first 2 bills. I tried the online chat to get this resolved and was told I would need to request the telephone conversations to clarify this. I asked how I would do this, after asking why did I have to do this, to be told I would be sent an email with a contact. The email has never arrived. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.
