Bill higher this month

My bill is slightly higher this month. On looking at my contract, it looks like one of the discounts is ending. I'm slightly confused as it says it's for 18 months but the end date is 14 months after the contract start date

Please do remember some discounts are different to others  and not all last for 18 months.

Please also remember we do bill a month in advance.

Does yours state its 18 month on the paperwork?

Yes it does

It says £5 Discount for 18 months (until 8th December 2024)

Contract Date : Thursday 5th October 2023

The other discount for 18 months is until 4th April 2025

The £5 discount is expiring very shortly, this is why the bill is is higher this month.

The discount ends on the 8/12/24 and we do bill a month in advance sorry.

Yes, but why is it ending then.  It says 18 months from 5th October 2023 and that is 4th April 2024
