Hi I am being billed for Netflix even though I do not have a tv box . Asked Virgin to cancel it . Been told they need to look into it . On the Netflix page it says can cancel any time . This is wrong and I see Virgin are doing this to lots of customers . Have sent a email to bbc watchdog

We're sorry to hear about the Netflix dispute.
Just to clarify for us please, have you never signed up with Netflix directly?
If you have, you can opt to be billed for this via your Virgin bill even if you don't have a TV service with us.
You can change how you're billed or cancel the Netflix subscription, however you would have to log into your Netflix account to do so.
If you have never signed up for Netflix and therefore aren't aware of your log in details, please pop back to us and we can look into this further for you.

No I have never signed up for Netflix . Did try to log in with Netflix to cancel but my email address was not recognised
