Approved Pre-Contract Help Please

Good morning,

I approved a new 18-month contract which was agreed on 05/11 on Whatsapp.

After reading posts on here about people in the same situation as me I have waited 14 days before reaching out for assistance from Virgin Media staff on this forum. 

Please can someone help, my contract end date is 15/12 when I will be asked to pay a figure that I can't afford?
