Alkamio - No reward 8 months later

Still no reward 8 months later - followed up with Alkamio and no luck despite them saying they would chase Virgin. At this point you have to wonder if this is a breach of advertising. Terrible

    Sorry to hear about the missing reward.

    Can we ask if it's just you who is missing this? Or is it the 3rd party as well?

    Did you also go through the correct process when signing up on the page here

      Hi - yes I did follow the steps. I followed up with Alkamio and they said they are waiting for you to verify and there is nothing they can do? Given that it has been over 8 months and still no response I think that this is poor customer service !
