Hello.
I haven't received my account number or a email from the delivery company about delivery time. My order is supposed to be due today.
Could someone help me please?

It can take a day or two for the forum team to pick up your thread.
You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 they should be able to trace you and provide an update with the delivery and your account details.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
