Account Password restart not working

Have tried 4 browsers all with cleared data, multiple attempts and lots of waiting for reset emails and still no joy. Word not allowed or something went wrong messages. Knew joining this outfit a bad idea, now I’ve seen all the posts for bad security software ( password management ) going back up to 5 years should’ve stayed away
