Hi
as a result of an installation delay, the VM client team told me that my account "the account is credited by 115pounds which will be adjusted on your future bills ."
I can't see any credit in my account, could you please let me known in which option or menu of the website or app I can see my credit?

/virgin-media-first-bill and /current-bill-explainer
You can find your bill by logging into /myvirginmedia and clicking on the View Bill icon on the page that opens.
