porting out landline number

I am just out of contract on a broadband, landline and anytime calls package. I would like to port out my telephone number to a new VOIP provider, but, for the meantime, keep my broadband unchanged. ...

    Thanks for coming back to me Olbasoil 🙂 

    As adduxi mentioned I explained it after Highway asked a question along the same lines 😁

    Once you give us your 30 day notice to leave you can contact your gaining provider and give them your disconnection date. They should be able to time your activation with your disconnection, but there's not much else we can do other than book your disconnection. Most of the legwork will need to be done by your new provider in order for them to transfer your landline number from us, to them. 

    All we do when we're the losing provider is book the broadband & TV cancelation with a number port-out & keep the landline service active indefinitely until it's been ported out.
