Hi rang up customer services today because had no phone , they were able to get a line from my hub but my extensions are not working , they said I had to wait seven to ten days but he made the booking but did not give me a date that engineer would come , is that right ?

We'd normally provide the time and date of any booked engineer visits.
Could you expand on the issues you're having with the phone please.
Do you have a dial tone?
Have you got any other handsets you can try?
Could you please reboot the hub and then try the phone again?
