Voip landline quality and internet issue

I have noticed recently that my voip landline quality is extremely poor and also noted a separate issue with the internet. If I call mobile to landline the call quality is poor, garbled like listening to fm radio going into a valley and cuts out.  Before you say ahh its a mobile if I call my wife mobile to mobile in the house the call quality is clear.  Moved my landline phone to my mothers house (Not virgin media line) and the call quality is clear so I can rule out the telephone. 

I have rebooted the router, power off, pin hole reset nothing has worked and I have notced on a few occasions, especially around midnight the wifi goes dead, but the Hub 3 light is white no error signal.

Looking at my network log I have a few things

Any info or help would be good
