Switch over date?

Hi, we were given a switch over date as the 30th of January 2024 and received our phone adapter already. But last week I was sent a text saying that the phone switchover had been paused untill further notice. Just wondered if there was any update (as I don’t want to find I’ve been switched over and not notified. Thanks any help would be great

Hey 17Jojo17, thank you for reaching  out and I am sorry to hear this.

Right now they are still currently paused, once we start doing them again we will reach out so please don't worry for the time being.

Just put the adapter somewhere safe for when the time comes. Cheers
