It's been off all day. There is just a long beep. There is nothing wrong with internet. It's not only me. My friend up the road has no phone either. There is no way to report this. We can't use the phone to call 151. The help & support doesn't cover this scenario at all and it's all preloaded answers, none of which apply. We just want to report it to a human!
