Yesterday the Virgin Phone service went live. In addition to the existing fibre internet service already active.
i called yesterday to port the telephone number belonging to the existing BT landline to be ported across. The existing BT landline is still active.
i was told it would take up to 14 days but there no way of monitor its progress. Which i think its very poor.
Can someone check if there is an request to port my existing BT landline telephone number across. I am not confident it has been done as promised.

It does take at least 10 days for a port order to complete.
