Phone Adaptor

My main phone socket doesn’t work. Can anyone point me in direction to get an adaptor that I can plug into router that I can then use the home phone ? Many thanks

    You should've been provided with an adapter from us when the switchover happened. If this hasn't arrived and/or you've lost it, please respond to the private message that I'll be sending to you shortly and we can go from there.
