Does anyone know who virgin use when they have to repair the fibre line, i.e digging up road to blow line,

My fibre line has been cut and i have been without Internet for 4 weeks now and the idiots at customer service keep sending out a home engineer, when it needs outside one and they keep telling me that one has been booked, i want to chase this up myself, thats why i want to know,
