After many years of working ok my answerphone on the home land line has stopped cutting in, so no one can leave any messages. The phone is ringing and working fine apart from that. Tried calling 150 but didn't seem to get anywhere.

since the wifi update and landline has been attached to my hub the answerphone is not kicking in and callers cannot leave messages,
as I run a small group of elderly people this option is very important,
anybody any answers please? all help and advice appreciated

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the voicemail service.
Has this ever worked since the switch over?
Are you using the adaptor provided by us to connect the phone?

I am using a Gigaset landline telephone, the answerphone was working fine when it was plugged into the old system, since going digital it is not working at all,

I had previously delete 3 messages that said I had been promoted
