We’ve had no landline for 4 days. Went online and no way to report the fault which is very frustrating! Just keeps taking me around in circles! Please advise!

Have you been able to try a different handset in the socket at all? Faults can be reported to us from here or by calling our team on 0345 454 1111. We'll do our best to help.
