No Caller ID

Caller ID seems to have fallen off it. I am sure it was working when I switched from the wall socket to the back of the VM router (last October).

However, if I go into the handset's memory (DECT) I can see a list of numbers that have called. What do I need to do to switch caller ID back on please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're suddenly unable to see Caller IDs on your handset. I'm going to send you a private message, so we can look into this further for you.

Please look out for it in the top-right, white envelope or by tapping your profile picture and selecting "Messages".
