Posting this again because still no response to my last query.
I recently ordered VM broadband to replace my existing NowTV broadband and landline and is due to be installed in 2 weeks. I want to make sure I keep my existing landline phone number when my phone is plugged in to the VM hub so need the existing landline number porting from NowTV to VM.
I contacted support by phone and was told this would be done when the equipment is installed but if my NowTV broadband /phone is automatically cancelled when my VM service starts I risk loosing the existing number?
Please advise if the number will definitely be ported or what I need to do?

Thanks for posting in regards to your recent order, package and landline number. We understand you wanting to keep the same number if you have had it for a while and appreciate you contacting us via the forums to query this.
We'd recommend checking any documentation you have received in regards to the order to make sure it matches what you are expecting. To transfer a landline number, that service needs to be included in the package or it can't be requested. If you check and call the team on 0800 183 1234 they will be happy to help as we can't process this via the forums.
