Hello
My mother has a landline and also an Argenti Care Alarm that need to plug into her router/hub.
She had an adaptor for the Argenti Care Alarm so it could be plugged into the router. However this seems to have been misplaced as she has dementia and has taken it out for some reason. We cannot find it.
The phone is plugged straight into the router. (I had thought the phone needed to be plugged into an adaptor too to go into the router but apparently not?). As I live 80 miles from her it is not easy to keep track of what has been going on.
But basically I need to have a new adaptor for the Care alarm to be plugged into the router and am wondering if I can have this posted to care of myself rather than her as she will lose it? I have power of attorney on her Virgin account, so should think this could be arranged?
I would be so grateful for help with this.

We're sorry to hear your mum has misplaced the adapter needed to plug her care alarm in to the hub. Currently we're unable to send any adapters as the digital switchover has been paused. The best thing we could do in this situation is arrange for an engineer to come out with an adapter for her.
