My landline is not working

There is nowhere to report this issue and I have had this problem before after prolonged heavy rain. I have done the usual checks and I am paying a high price for a service that isn't fully working. I am an unhappy customer and this could be the last straw. Can someone tell me if posting on here counts as reporting the problem please? (WN6 area)
