My landline in not ringing

Landline not ringing it dials out fine but no ring. It is ringing to the caller

phone has always been fine . I tried to ring your 1765 number  did not work just so you know . Ive not been impressed with the you landline service ever sine the change as it  relies on internet working . which in a power cut would not , my wife i disabled and we had a phone upstairs this could be used if she was up there ,  but was told extension / splitter cable do not work she has to carry a mobile around, not ideal when you really on crutches to get about . now we  have this problem as well it always just fine when it was the old system

Sorry, do you mean you tried calling 150?

Do you have no dial tone or can you ring other numbers?

the 1765 number is mentioned in your trouble shooting page . yes i have dialing tone  and can ring out , just no ring for incoming calls
