Moving house, neighbours show 1gig, our house doesn't say it has coverage

I am moving house soon, so I checked the broadband availability.

The neighbours show that 1gig is available but my house doesn't say it has coverage.

Is it possible the website checker is out of date (or that a cable needs to be run to connect the house)? What's the process for checking this and getting a definitive answer?
