Links to manage appointments

I have an engineer appointment for my landline booked in for tomorrow. All the links to the Manage Appointments page however go to the service check page which checks the connections and resets my hub. Anyone tell me why this is. I would like to have this appointment cancelled as for some reason I now have a dial tone which I didn't have yesterday when I needed it for a medical emergency.



call vm asap as u will get charge if not done in a certion time frame

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues when it's come to managing your appointment. If the appointment wasn't showing within My VM then it's likely the issue was down to a Network fault which would have automatically cancelled the visit and sent a text to confirm this. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
