How do I get my landline working? Tried several times get absolutely nowhere, very ill partner and need landline for health contacts and appointments....shocking service.

What issues are you having with your line, do you have dial tone? 

Are you able to make or receive calls or neither?

How is your landline connected via your router or wall socket?

Hi, Steven phone is connected to wall socket ( looks like) can't make or receive calls. No dial tone. Call landline from mobile just cuts call dead.
