Hi, I want to turn off my landline voicemail, any help would be appreciated

Just returning to this public thread to keep things updated. 

Thanks to BattyBart1 for PMing with me, we were able to confirm the details needed to take a look at the account and get the voicemail removed. It takes 24 hours for Telephone features to be updated.
